  • Are you hiring?
    • AFK Loot is currently fully staffed. However we always take resumes and are adding new positions often as we grow. When we have job openings there will be a notice posted on the front page.
  • I found a cheaper website, can you guys price match?
    • No. We could employ 5 Chinese workers for the cost of one minimum wage American worker…so it is a challenge to compete in the “price wars” that occur sometimes. Although we cannot offer price matching we always try to be in line with our competitor’s pricing. We are often less and on occasion a price may be a little higher but in the end you get what you pay for. Buying from AFK Loot insures you’re getting your items safely & receiving top notch customers service every time.
  • Where is your company based?
    • We are an American owned and operated company located in Solon, Ohio. AFK Loot was founded by and only employees American MMO Gamers. We committed to staying 100% American owned and operated.
  • Are you located in China or Asia?
    • No. All AFK Loot employees and operations are located in the USA. All operation and employees have American IP’s which are not scrutinized like the Asian or Chinese IP’s are and allows us to operate under the radar. We feel this gives us a huge safety advantage over the Chinese companies.
  • Can I contact AFK Loot if I have a question not found here?

  • What kinds of payment methods do you guys accept?
    • We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?
    • No. You can still order with any major credit card, it will just be processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this credit card processing service and there is no additional expense to you.
  • Why does my order require phone verification?
    • All first time customers get an introduction phone call. There are a lot of fraud prevention benefits gained by the phone verification. It does wonders in weeding out kids using mommy’s credit card etc…Most importantly it gives us the chance to insure the safety of the transaction. It also affords us the opportunity to introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have.
  • How long does delivery take?
    • We have stock on hand for many games and servers which can be delivered instantly however most orders are filled through our supply teams and can take 30mins to 48hrs. That being said most orders are delivered the same day the order is placed.
